Message Replying To From mary, Age 14 Ht. 5'3", Wt. 152 - My day: BF: oatmeal-160cals; glass of milk-90cals Lunch: fruit and yogurt-150cals; Dinner: salad-50cals; pudding 60 cals; grapes; 50 cals Exercise: 50 girly push ups; 200 crunches; 35 min on treadmill I plan on drinking another glass of milk.
