Message Replying To From Peyton, Age 15 Ht. 5'8", Wt. 161 - Hey how did i do today?: BF: cheerios with lowfat milk and an apple (220). Lunch: wholewheat sandwhich and a fat free yoghurt(260?). Snack: low fat cereal bar (85 cals)Dinner: porkchop with potatoes and carrots (900?) = 1465 cals, plus ive drunk 2litres of water and done 30 mins on exercise bike and 30 mins on the dance mat.
