Message Replying To From christina, Age 16 Ht. 5'9", Wt. 180 - i know its annoying when ppl post what they ate..but it helps me keep track so here's what i had today. BF:special k bar, cup of OJ (200 cals). Lunch: vegetable soup and half a snack bag of chex mix (350ish cals??). Snack:pudding (100 cals) Dinner: soup, corn on the cob, peas (250 cals) Snack:apple and grapes (200 cals?) how many calories does a regular sized apple have? i didn't do any excercise today b/c its really icy so i couldnt drive to the gym or run outside...but i'll do like 500 crunches |
