Message Replying To From Lindsey, Age 14 Ht. 5'6", Wt. 153 - I'm posting what I ate today mmk? Breakfast: cheerios & a banana; Lunch: 3 slices lean turkey on whole wheat bread, small tomato, and some pretzels; Snack: apple; Dinner: spaghetti, a little chicken & peppers, & corn on the cob; So that's what I ate. Excercise: 40 minute "the-FIRM" workout dvd. How do ya'll think I did today? Pleeeeeeeeeeassssseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee reply I'd love some feedback and any tips you guys have!! Thankies. =) |
