Ht. 5'8", Wt. 161 - Hey every1. Heres what ive eaten today: BF - porridge with a small chopped up banana on it (250) LU- 2 mini rolls with lean ham on them and an apple (380) DI- omelette made with 2 eggs and a small amount of cheese and some oven baked chips (not sure how many cals probably about 700) ive also drunk 2l of water and 2 cups of green tea. for exercise ive done 30 mins of brisk walking (i usually do at least 30 mins of cycling but i was too tired today) and 300 situps. is this ok? plz comment! x
