Ht. 5'6", Wt. 153 - I'm posting what I ate today cuz it's helpful to me! Breakfast: cheerios & a frozen banana; Lunch: wrap w/ chicken, beans, rice, cheese, and lettuce & some carrots; Snack: apple; Dinner: cream of veggie soup, 3 crackers, 2 pickle spears, and a veggie wrap; Excercise: Not much, just some jumping jacks, cruntches, leg excercises, and hula hooping. I was so tired today and it was sooo cold! Pleeeeeeeassseee reply!! I like getting feedback with any tips you guys have!! Thanks!! =)
