Ht. 5'6", Wt. 160 - Hey every1 well i'm officially 17 and still overweight. I gained back 2 lbs but i think that might be cuz of my period. anywayz i have just discovered that belly dancing is an amazing workout. It burns a lot of calories and isn't at hard at all. I don't have to go to the gym now, b/c my mom sees me working out everyday. As for dieting, i'm just eatin between 1200-1500 calories a day, mainly fruits and veggies. according to my nutritionist i should lose 20 lbs by february 14, VALENTINE"S DAY!! if i keep this up. anyways thanks for the support and g'luck to all of you!!
