Ht. 5'6", Wt. 153 - I'm posting what I ate like I have been! Breakfast: a bite of grape nuts cereal & a bowl of lucky charms & a frozen banana & a cup of 1% milk; Lunch: spaghetti & carrots; snack: apple; dinner: grilled chicken asian salad from Mcdonald's. & for Excercise: 20 minute dog walk & 40 minute work out video of "the FIRM". How'd I do? Peas respond, pretty peas with carrots on top? Peas and carrots are good for healthy diets yaaaahhhhh hehe!
