Message Replying To From Lola, Age 14 Ht. 5'2", Wt. 132 - Yesterday I did REALLY bad. I'm still having that problem where I can't eat very well for somreason but it's gotten kind of better. So yesterday, For a Breakfest/Lunch I had Some (1/2 the can) chicken noodle soup. And then I went to my girlfriend's house and us being us we didn't eat really anything at all but we muched on like 1 or 2 cookies. When I got home I had plain boiled noodles and half a chicken breast with paramasen on top. Then I nibbled on a little block of cheese before I went to bed :( For drinks, I had a sip of Diet Coke and a glass of water. For Exerxcise, I kind of just ran around a lot, not actually trying to. Today though, I've done pretty well, back to almost eating normal. I had half a peice of wheat toast, an egg, and a turkey sausage link. For lunch, I had a couple of curly fries, and a banana, and this honey granola bar thing. I've been sipping a Dr. Chill throughout the day...Also, we're moving today so I'll be doing a lot of packing and carrying. So, what should I have for the rest of the day? |
