Ht. 5'2", Wt. 197 - Please respond. This is what I had today. Breakfast 3/4 cup of cereal which is 110 cal and water. For lunch lean cusine water and fig newton. For supper subway with one sugar cookie. I had the terayaki chicken with fat free honey mustard with a powerade. for snack one sugar cookie and water. For exercise 25 min of crab soccer and 5 min of soccer plus over 700 other exercises. How did I do
