Ht. 5'5", Wt. 167 - hey everyone! Food was not excellen today but not too bad, and I can't wait til tmoorrow cuase I'm goin to NYC on a school trip and will be walkin aropund all day!!! Then on Sunday I'm going to this huge natural environment park to walk around and look at the 100s of decorated gardens! Breakfast: lowfat cheese toast, apple with peanut butter, skim milk/Snack: none/Lunch: lowfat lasangna, lowfat low sugar yogurt, lowfat cereal bar/Snack: South Beacj Diet Whole Wheat Snack Crackers with miini can of V8 Splash 70% less sodium/DInner: fat free hot dog on bun, strng beans, broccoli, and roasted potatoes seasoned with onion and olive oil/Dessert: 1 square of dark chocolate , a bite of this pastry thing but it was nasty so I threw it out (my parents wanted me to try it) and lowfat ice cream. Not great. But did I still do, well can I still be considered OK?
