Ht. 5'4", Wt. 158 - meal one : 1 frozen banana, lots of water meal two : about 2 cups coconut shrimp [homemade] w/ about 1/2 cup plain shrimp in salad [lettuce & 2 tbsp lowfat dressing] , diet pepsi, about 3 tbsp homemade tartar sauce [lowfat] meal 3 : 5 coconut shrimp, lowfat homemade tartar sauce [about 2 tbsp], water, 1 ice cream sandwhich 30 minute walk, 200 crunches. blah...not too good today.
