Message Replying To From Isabella, Age 13 Ht. 5'5", Wt. 167 - Btw, weirdly enough today when I stepped on the scale I thought I would have gained but i'm actually 166.8!! Okay, so far today with food: Breakfast: 2 slices lowfat french toast, 1 cup skim milk, 1 cup strawberries, sugar free syrup/Lunch: Healthy CHoice pot roast soup (lean beef and veggies and potatoes), 1/2 banana, sugar free lowfat pudding/Snack: (if I'm hungry before dinner) peanuts, apple, or yogurt, or something like that/Dinner: idk but i hope it has some veggies, hopefully for dessert I can have some fruit and/ or lowfat ice cream if i don't have fruit/dairy snacks! Exercsie: 25 min of this areobic dancing vidoe mixed with push-ups and stuff and some strngth traiing! And I never thoght I could dance for 25 min!!!! OMG!!! :0) |
