Message Replying To From missy, Age 13 Ht. 5'4", Wt. 165 - breakfast- a cup of cocoa pebbles with tea and two grahm crackers. lunch- cheese sandwich with a clementine, a organic multi grain granola bar, and a bottle of water. dinner- chicken and broccoli and beans. and i had two atkins 170 calorie shakes. and now im going to a school dance to sweat my butt off =) how did i do? |
