Message Replying To From Katherine, Age 14 Ht. 5'5", Wt. 150 - Are you sick of being overweight? I have the best solution. Start a plan to run 10 miles a day and do 100 situps every other day. If you follow though with this it garantees results that you will love. You have to be willing to sacrifice a little time and sweat to pull though with this. And.....NO MORE SODA OR SWEETS!!!!!!! |
