Message Replying To From Mikayla, Age 16 Ht. 5'5", Wt. 180 - I am temporarily going on a high protein, lower carb diet. I am not getting enough protein because I am a vegetarian, and its weakened my immune system. For weight loss and health sake I am eating as much protein as possible in the next few weeks with a balance of fruits and veggies (for natural carbs) with some cardio. I've eaten some christmas cookies and they werent very fulfilling and I refuse to eat trans fats and corn syrup, so Christmas should be easy for me. Exercise during break will be difficult so i will prolly focus mostly on crunches, squats, etc. |
