M calorie category was 2000 and the Totals represent how much of each food group I should be eating eahc day! Ex: 2 (T=3) means that I had 2/3 of my dialy requirment! Breakfast: Low fat cheese (100) toast (100), baked apple (100), skim milk (100) 2 dairy, 1 grain, 1 fruit Lunch: 3 veal meatballs (200) in a sandwich roll (150), sugar free low fat pudding (60) 1 protein, 1 dairy, 1 grain Dinner: 2 chicken legs (200) **idk the rest but I'm hoping for more vegiies!** 2 proteins ??? Snacks: 1.) low fat cereal bar (100) / 2.) Bird's Eye vegetables and pasta shells in garlic butter sauce (270)/ 3.) ½ banana with 1tbs. peanut butter (200) 2 grains, 1 fruit, 1 free veggie, 1 protein Exercise: "The Diet for Teenagers Only" workout Grains/ Starchy Veggies: 4 (Total= 5) Fruits: 2 (T=3) Dairy: 3 (T=3) Proteins: 4 (T=4) Snacks: 3 (T=3) Free Veggies: 1 (T= 2) Condiments: 0 (1) 420 cal left for dinner! 1,580 used out of 2,000 |
