Ht. 5'5", Wt. 216 - i need help. i am really over weight but in the last two days i have ran 8 minutes straight and i have never done that then the next day i ran 12 minutes. and i hope our scale is right because it said i lost. i dont know. so yea. i also no that to lose weight you have to eat some or your body will save food and make you fat well yea . just help me please.
