Message Replying To From sabina, Age 17 Ht. 5'6", Wt. 160 - i went down 2 lbs!!! oh and i have started eating oatmeal for breakfast everyday, for some reason foods high in fiber fill you up fast and have enough calories to get you through the day. For lunch i had this jazz salad!! and for dinner I had yocrunch..All in all today was yum!!! and I did billy's bootcamp cardio for exercise |
