Message Replying To From Isabella, Age 13 Ht. 5'5", Wt. 167 - Sorry to double post but food today: Breakfast: Weight Watchers muffin (190) with Weight Watchers yogurt (100)~~1 grain, 1 dairy~~/Snack: Nutri-Grain Bar (140)~~1 grain~~/Lunch: Healthy Choice pot-roast soup (160), 2 slices of bread (200) with 1 tb Smart Balance spread (100), Kozy Shack pudding (120)~~1 starchy veggie, 1 "free" vegetable, 2 grains, 1 condiment, 1 dairy/Snack: large apple (150) with 2tb. peanut butter (200)~~1 fruit, 2 proteins~~/Dinner: idk but hopeful something with proteins and veggies/Dessert: 1 glass fat free milk (100) and banana (100)~~1 dairy, 1 fruit~~ |
