Ht. 5'7", Wt. 250 - Well I want to lose for the cruise i am going on in April.. how much do you think i should lose if I start January 2nd.. I know I am not going to start around the holidays bc its gonna be too hard I know it... well i started exercising... like i run, do stairs and dance for about 30 minutes everyday and do 60 sit ups but after the holidays is when i am going to start to eat right...well my mom is kinda broke from the holidays so i am not going to pressure her into buying me good food just yet... esp. buying for 6 kids and then some neices and whatnot so what are some of your routines for exercising... dont have money to get dvds so must do this on my own with some music.. help will be greatly appreciated =]
