Ht. 5'2", Wt. 127 - My plan to lose weight is to take long walks to blow off stress and get good cardio exercise every evening before dinner, eat the healthiest food possible except a little sweets or junk every so often like on special occasions, and do some crunches and pushups every evening before dinner, and take the weekends to eat what I want and take a break from exercise, set small goals and every time I acheive one of my goals I set another one and so on.....I hope to lose 20 pounds by Summer next year around May or June.....Every day I am going to post on here what I eat and how much I exercise and ask if I did okay and this site will hopefully help to motivate me. MERRY CHRISTMAS!!! IT'S CHRISTMAS EVE!!!
