Message Replying To From sabina, Age 17 Ht. 5'6", Wt. 160 - hmmm...protein = more energy...for b-fast try having egg whites, then include different proteins in lunch and dinner. helps prevent binging, curbs cravings, and helps build muscle. however this is not a tip to go on an all protein diet which has been linked to heart disease. if anything eat a good 1200-1500 calorie diet that consists of lots of fruits and veggies (as much as you want) between 4-6 slices of bread in one given day, or 1/2 a cup of pasta or rice, and between 3-6 oz of protein at each meal. fish is preferable over any other source since it is leaner, and contains omega threes. however if buying fish get wild catch not farmed b/c farmed fish has very high amounts of mercury. hope this helped |
