Ht. 5'8", Wt. 202 - Hey there everyone...i'm kinda new on this board and stuff...so maybe y'all could just tell me how you think i did today (keep in mind...i am trying to go from a size 15 to a 13 in ten days) Day 1: 3 bananas, 2 bites of pupkin (the stuff in the can that you use to make pie, it was not good) and a medium sized bowl of yellow rice and onions. Today for exercise, I rode my bike around for about 3 miles.....that was fun, so tell me whatchya think!
