Ht. 5'5", Wt. 167 - Hey people! Anyways well my b-fast was late, like 1:30 cuz I woke up late so for a snack I had a pear and sugar free pudding then for dinner I went out to eat with my family and I was proud of myself I had grilled chicken with mushrooms and steamed veggies and cup of minestrone soup, and my family offered me some fries so I had a few handfuls (hey, the year's almost over) and I only had two bites of apple cake. I was able to resist the white rice and soda and feel great! When I got home later i was a little hungry so I had a small wedge of cheese. :0) Happy New Years!
