Ht. 5'5", Wt. 220 - Hey guys..I think I've been doing really good. So my lips have not touched soda for the past 4 or 5 days and I'm really proud of myself for that! Since Christmas Day I've been playing DDR every day burning 500-800 calories. Yesterday I went to the mall with some friends and walked around for FIVE hours. Yes five hours, then went shopping some more when I got home. My food from yesterday was a small limeade from hotdog on a stick a 6 inch turkey sub from subway with no mayo, a grilled chicken salad from carls JR and a bunch of water. Today I played DDR and did 11 mile (750 calories burned) and So far I've eaten an apple and some instand oatmeal made with water. I have no clue what I'm eating later on for Lunch/Dinner. But I've driken about 6 cups of water so far! So what do you guys think?
