Ht. 5'8", Wt. 202 - So hey there....I'm back! How were you guy's days.....mine was pretty good and i am DONE eating for the day....Today i faced the temptation of a muffin, a nice yummy one too, but i didn't eat it, instead i had a cup of milk and wrote in big, permanent letters on my hand "i want to be THIN" so now every time i want to eat something bad, i open up my hand and look at the message i wrote to myself. Today my eatingness went good:1 pack instant oatmeal, a bowl of snow peas and green beans, and a medium bowl of leftover yellow rice from yesterday. My exercise for today was about 3.5 miles on my bike ( I 3 my bike!) Really, i will do the impossible and fit in a seze 13! by January 8th!!!!!!!!! Love ya all
