Ht. 5'5", Wt. 167 - Happy New Years! So I woke up late again and I ate a turkey sandwich on whole wheat bread with a little light mayo, pickle, and a little bit of 75% reduced fat cheese. Then for a snack I had a cup of mixed fresh fruit and a handful of peanuts. For dinner I my mom bought a ton of healthy stuff like fish and veggies (she's a lifetime Weight Watchers member) so I'm really happy! I haven't exercised but tomorrow is that start of a new year! :0) I'm proud of myself and everyone on here we all rock!! Let's ring in 2007 the right way!
