Ht. 5'2", Wt. 193 - This is what I had so far. Breakfast 100 cal pudding. Lunch one helping of chicken and brocili, noddles, other chicken but it was spicy so ate like 2 pieces of it and sprite. For exercise 1 hour and 30 min of DDR I burned 241 caloriesand jogges for 41 miles on the game. I hope everyone is having a good last day December and 2006. HAPPY NEW YEAR. What is everyone's revolutions my is to lose 50 pounds by July. Tell me how I did today.
