Ht. 5'0", Wt. 125 - First of all, Happy New Year to everyone and hope you all had an awesome one! My new years resolution is to loose at least 20 pounds. I know it might seem unreadsonable because i don't weigh a whole lot right now, but at the rate that i'm gaining weight, by the end of 2007, i'll weigh 180. My whole family is overweight except for my sister who started taking her health serious when she was in about 6th grade, and i have to admit, she is thin and pretty and everything i want to be. she is 16 and weighs less than me, and is 2 inches taller than me. I want to weigh about 100-110. According to this website, a healthy weight would be between 79 and 116. If anybody has some good diet tips or or fun exercises let me know!
