Ht. 5'2", Wt. 193 - This is What I had today brekafast water and cereal 3/4 cup. For lunch a Chicken and Dumplings which is 200 calories and water. For supper 1 1/2 piece of Garlic bread 1 1/2 sclice of turkey water and 2 helpings of chicken mixed with brown rice and broclli and carrots and white potatoes but didn't eat the potatoes. For snack a poptart 2 slices = on package. For exercises played baseball for gym and played tag im gonna do more exercises later on. Please Tell me how I did. 2 morrow is weigh day I hope to lose at least a pound or more
