Ht. 5'5", Wt. 189 - well ive lost some weight but i keep having the temptation to eat more. but i did find out that i wasnt eating enough cause i would always be too tired to xercise. but i have a question instead of the two peices of toast i was having i had my mom get me granola bars and thats what im having for breakfast and then i was having a 1/2 of a sandwich but i was too tired so i got it up to a whole sandwich and some carrots to help with energy and then what ever my mom makes for dinner i have half of what i normally have does that sound ok o and then i have 24 oz of water. and xercise. thanks for the help everyone
