Ht. 5'8", Wt. 202 - This week I lost 3.6 lbs. I'm happy with that cause I'm loseing some weight. This weekend was harder than the week days when I'm at school and then I have practice. But I'm pround of myself I definatly ate less and much better than usually. The only thing I have to work on is exerciseing more on the weekends. During the week I have basketball practice and games so I get good exercise. The weekends i need to exercise more. Does anyone have any good tips? ~J
