Ht. 5'6", Wt. 220 - So i'm starting to exersize more.. but i was wondering has anyone had good luck with jumproping because i heard it burns a lot of calories... just to let you know though thats not all i'm doing as far as exersize it was just one thing i was considering adding to my workout plan. oh and if you have anyother other advise that would be GREATLY appreceated also.
