Ht. 5'2", Wt. 193 - This is what I had today. Breakfast water and cereal. For lunch. lunchmeat on wheat bread, water, 100 cal pak, and cheese nips. For supper 2 helpings of corn, one helping of carrots, and a piece of meat with a couple dips of ketchup and a hamburger from harddees. For snack a can of pop. For exercises 1/2 hour of freeze tag. And 30 crunchs, 15 side to side, 15 fingers to toes, 30 scissors,20 split squat with biceps, 45 squats, 45 bent over row, 15 horizontal bent over row, 20 pushups, 20 seated rotation, 20 biceps curl, 20 plie and raise, 20 curtsey lunges and curl, 20 mountain climber, 20 wall sit arm raise, 12 triceps dip. how did I do?
