Ht. 5'8", Wt. 175 - ok so when i ask you how i did today, i dont want just "good" or "bad." I could really use advice on what I should eat more of, less of, and any changes i should make. Breakfast: Half a grapefruit, 1/2 cup of fat free milk, a mini wheat bagel with 2 tbs of reduced fat peanut butter. Lunch: Low Sodium Turkey on a whole wheat wrap with lettuce, an apple, and a 100 calorie pack. Water/ Snack: Goldfish 100 calorie pack and a string cheese. Dinner I'm having some type of fish with salad and probably rice pilaf with more water. exericse i had track practice. we usually do more but today we learned technique for throwing so we only ran 2 laps around the school (about 1/2 a mile i guess) then we did power skips and lots of drills.. Thanks for your help =)
