Message Replying To From alexis, Age 13 Ht. 5'4", Wt. 198 - ok well i got in some good exercise today. i did skiing since 3:30-8:30 today. For breakfast I had a sausage, egg, and cheese on an onion bagel, apple juice, some hot cocoa. lunch i had some ravioli, a peach, iced tea. snack was a slim jim. dinner was a hamburger w. a few fries (had to try them), apple juice (i love apple juice!). But at the lodge i didnt realize how unhealthy the food was! All they have is soda, breadstciks, pizza, blah blah blah. but anyways yah I think those 5 hrs of skiing mighttve burned off my dinner. So yes be harsh I didnt do good but plz give me some posistive feedback because at this point no motivation=me just gainign another 60 lbs! thanks -A |
