Ht. 5'8", Wt. 169 - So i started gym yesterday and working out. At home i did 30 squats 30 crunches and 30 push ups. In gym I did 10 jumping jacks stretchings 10 crunches 10 push ups ran a little bit. And played basketball for about 1/2 hour is that good?
