Message Replying To From Peyton, Age 15 Ht. 5'8", Wt. 180 - Hey everyone! Heres what ive had today: bfast- porridge made with 2% milk and a fat free yoghurt (300) snack- apple (50), lunch- small cup of homemade soup and an unbuttered roll (300) dinner - pasta in a tomato sauce with 2 pieces of garlic bread (800) snack- 2 cadbury snaps (30) total- 1480 plus drunk lots of water and burned 200 cals on a stepper thing duno what its called lol! how did i do? plz post back x (p.s real wght = 156!) |
