Ht. 5'4", Wt. 180 - alright guys heres a little tidbit, and its all about math! You see, one pound is 3500 calories which seems like a lot but, you burn about 2000 calories a day doing normal things, plus if you excercise you could burn more, but your body burns what you ate today first. So really, If you eat strictly controlled amounts of food, and excercise a ton, it's physically impossible not to lose weight. So just work a little harder and youll all get off your weight plateaus and woes
