Message Replying To From aly, Age 17 Ht. 5'3", Wt. 145 - hi guys today i did pretty good i had some oatmeal for breakfast, and a low-fat chicken wrap for lunch and lots of water. but when i got home from school i was really really hungry so i made half a turkey sandwich on whole wheat. i know thats not bad and a fairly healthy snack but i still feel crappy for eating that. does that ever happen to you guys when you eat a healthy snack but you feel like youve still eaten way too much? im just feeling blah. |
