Message Replying To From Hannah, Age 16 Ht. 5'1", Wt. 180 - today...granola bar and tea(90 calories)-pudding (60 calories)- Turkey wrap, baked chips, and a pickle(260 calories-light snacking of various items-(300 calories)-Dinner a salad (280 calories)..just about a 1000 calories so i am going to have a sugar free pudding after i jog 2 miles. I am wondering if the exercise that i am doing is enough. Everyday i run for 1 mile (12-13 mins) then i rest and jog another half a mile (6 mins) and i walk half a mile... equaling about 2 miles of moderate cardio...or about 40 mins. How much do you guys do?? I may add on another mile...idk |
