Breakfast: oatmeal w/ granola, yogurt (200 cals) lunch: big fruit bowl, tiny zucchini muffin, special K bar, jello (350 cals) snack: 100 cal pack. dinner: grilled salmon, steamed vegetables. (400 cals) dessert: jello (10 cals). exercise: walked 1 mile, 45 min. spin class (intense!), 200 crunches |
