Message Replying To From Teresa, Age 15 Ht. 5'6", Wt. 220 - PLEASE give me feedback. I'm trying really hard and I want to make sure I'm doing this right. For breakfast I had one serving of instant oatmeal made w/water. After school I had a green apple and a lean turkey on wheat bread sandwich. For a snack I had a banana and for dinner I had an asian chicken (grilled) salad from McDonalds with NO croutons or Dressing. I drank about 3/4 bottles of water today and I walked for half an hour. Tomorrow I'm going running. PLEASE REPLY! thanks guys3 |
