Ht. 5'7", Wt. 164 - Wow it's late...but I want to thank all of you for you advice and support. I won't be able to post for a few weeks so I'll tell you my schedule: 1/2 hr treadmill in the morning everyday, then bootcamp every other day. For food I'm continuing with the protein shake my doc tells me to take, for lunch and dinner just portion control.
