Ht. 5'5", Wt. 162 - Hey, thank-you for responding this time to the cruise post... I'm not sure the name of the *EXACT* ship because the company has lots of them so... This morning I am going to eat a 60-cal 0-fat yogurt and do some cardio for like 7 min, before going to cheerleading. Before cheer, tho, I'll have 1 tbsp. of Reduced Fat peanut butter and 1 peice of Light Whole Wheat bread so I wont be depriving myself. I need lose 20 pounds in 9 weeks!!!!! If anyone has any additonal weightloss-tips-before-my-cruise, feel free to post! ♥ Leigha
