If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From Kaylee, Age 14 Ht. 5'3", Wt. 152 - BREAKFAST:Special K and Fat free milk (200) LUNCH: Turkey sandwich, energy bar, veggies (500) DINNER: Lazana, corn, and fat free yogurt (500) EXERCISE:1 hour of weight training/warm ups and things like that. 2 mile walk with dogs and cuzin. How did I do?? I feel pretty good but I'm not sure. Feed back would be nice. |
