Ht. 5'9", Wt. 173 - ook so here is my day today:breakfast-oatmeal and 40 cal yogurt. lunch-turkey sandwich on wheat with lettuce and tomato, and a banana. snack-special K bar and grapes. dinner-either a salad or grilled chicken....exercise:10 min. on bike, 200 crunches, cycling class (45 min.)
