Ht. 5'6", Wt. 155 - okay!! so i have to post as 16 instead of 17.. soo .. i'm really 17.. not that it matters.. but i'm 155 and 5'6. but yeah.. here's what i had today: *breakfast: 60 calorie yogurt, green tea *lunch, chicken, celery with peanut butter, pine apple, and a small salad, green tea. *snack: string cheese *dinner: veggie soup. my mom made it so there was no salt. but tonsss of veggies and there was some chicken in it. how'd i do?? oh ps i didn't get to work out today.. but i worked from 8:30am-2:00 pm.. and i work in a day care. so we're moving around alot with the kids. soo.. blah. any comments?
