Ht. 5'6", Wt. 220 - So EXCERSIZE today: Walk to school 30 min. Walk back 30 min. Walk to school AGAIn (too meet friend) 30 min. Skateboarding back and to another school. Let's just say about 2 1/2 hours total. Went to a basketball game so wasnt inside all day. FOOD: Instant Oatmeal made w/water-breakfast. Lean turkey on wheat with mustard and ONE peice of cheese. And an orange-when I got home. Went to a basketball game came home had 5 cherries (10cal each) as kind of a sweet food. I also had a small bowl of cheerio. TODAY WAS ALSO MY STEPDADS BDAY AND MY MOM OFFERED ME CAKE AND PIZZA AND I HAD ENOUGH WILL POWER TO TURN DOWN BOTH. PLEASE tell me anything you think i should change or im doing wrong. GOOD LUCK EVERYONE I KNOW YOU CAN DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!
